Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days from the time of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email that includes the details of your shipment.

If your item arrives damaged, kindly take photos of both the box and the item, and contact us right away. It is important to report any damage within 48 hours of delivery. Undamaged returns can be accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
